Terms of service

By using LeaseSigning you agree that the service is provided as-is, that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of lease terms before execution, and that LeaseSigning is not liable for outcomes arising from leases produced through the platform.

Your subscription grants you the right to generate, send, and store residential lease documents for properties you own or manage. Sub-licensing, resale, or redistribution of templates is not permitted.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to generate, sign, and store lease documents — landlord account details, property addresses, tenant contact information, and identity verification data submitted at signing.

Tenant ID verification data is used solely for identity matching and is retained per the applicable retention schedule. We do not sell personal data. We do not share lease contents with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. e-signature delivery, payment processing, transactional email).

Acceptable use

LeaseSigning is for residential lease creation between landlords and prospective tenants. Do not use the service to send fraudulent documents, impersonate another party, or circumvent any law applicable to your tenancy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
